1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the investment platform operating with virtual assets and digital financial instruments.
By using the platform, the user confirms that they:
- have read and understood these Terms;
- understand the nature of the provided services;
- accept all possible financial risks;
- agree to comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
The Company reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate services in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
2. Description of Services
The platform provides users with access to digital investment services related to virtual assets and trading instruments.
Users may:
- store funds and digital assets;
- participate in trading sessions;
- transfer assets under management;
- monitor trading results;
- submit deposit and withdrawal requests;
- receive reports and notifications through the platform interface.
The Company independently determines the list of available instruments, technical specifications, and service conditions.
Certain functions of the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security updates, compliance procedures, or regulatory requirements.
The user acknowledges that the platform is provided on an “as is” basis and may depend on external systems including banks, blockchain networks, internet providers, and third-party services.
3. Account Registration and Verification
To access the platform, the user must complete registration and verification procedures.
The Company may request:
- identity verification documents;
- proof of residential address;
- proof of source of funds;
- proof of ownership of a bank account;
- additional AML/KYC documentation.
The Company uses a mandatory bank account verification procedure through a test confirmation payment.
As part of this procedure, a small verification transfer may be sent to the user’s bank account with subsequent confirmation or return of funds.
This procedure is an official and mandatory part of the compliance and security process and is intended to confirm that the user is the legitimate owner of the submitted bank account.
Until the verification process is successfully completed, the Company may restrict:
- deposits;
- trading activity;
- withdrawals;
- access to certain platform functions.
The Company may request additional bank statements, ownership confirmations, or supporting documents if necessary.
Failure to complete the verification process may result in refusal of service or account restrictions.
4. Account Structure
The user account may include:
4.1 Funding Wallet
Used for:
- storing funds;
- deposits;
- withdrawal processing.
4.2 Trading Wallet
Used for participation in trading sessions and investment operations.
Funds allocated to active trading sessions may become temporarily unavailable for withdrawal.
5. Platform Currency
USDT (Tether USD) is the only internal operational and settlement currency used on the platform.
All platform operations including:
- storage of funds;
- trading participation;
- internal transfers;
- balance calculations;
- profit settlements;
- withdrawal processing,
are conducted exclusively in USDT.
The user acknowledges that USDT is a cryptocurrency digital asset and not a bank deposit, fiat currency, or electronic money product.
The Company does not provide fiat storage services within the platform.
Incoming transfers may be converted into USDT according to internal procedures and applicable market rates.
6. Fund Management
By allocating assets into trading sessions, the user grants the Company discretionary authority to:
- open and close trading positions;
- allocate assets between instruments;
- manage trading operations;
- hold positions for necessary periods;
- close trading sessions when required.
Trading decisions are made independently by the Company based on market conditions, liquidity, and internal risk management policies.
The Company does not guarantee:
- profits;
- preservation of capital;
- specific financial outcomes;
- protection against losses.
Trading virtual assets involves substantial risk and may result in partial or total loss of invested funds.
7. Deposits and Payment Methods
Account funding may be completed using any supported payment method available on the platform.
Users may fund accounts via:
- cryptocurrency transfers;
- bank wire transfers;
- payment services and intermediaries;
- other methods supported by the platform.
All incoming funds may be converted into USDT.
All deposit operations are subject to AML/KYC and internal financial monitoring procedures.
Payment for certain platform services may be accepted:
- in cryptocurrency;
- via bank transfer;
- through authorized financial managers or company representatives.
A Financial Manager is a representative or employee of the Company responsible for assisting users with account servicing, compliance procedures, and payment processing.
In certain cases, payments may be accepted to the bank account of a Financial Manager or authorized payment representative in accordance with internal operational procedures and applicable regulations.
The Company may use third-party payment providers, intermediaries, and representatives for payment processing and compliance purposes.
8. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available only after:
- successful completion of all security checks;
- successful bank account verification;
- submission and approval of all requested documents;
- provision of proof of income for the last 3 months;
- completion of active trading sessions;
- absence of account restrictions.
The Company may request additional documents, tax information, or bank statements at its discretion.
Until all compliance procedures are completed, withdrawals may be partially or fully restricted.
Additional currency conversion services may be required during withdrawals.
All conversion fees, banking charges, exchange costs, and third-party processing fees are paid by the user.
9. Mandatory Transfer Insurance for First Withdrawal
For the first withdrawal request, the Company may apply a mandatory bank transfer insurance procedure.
This procedure is intended to:
- enhance transaction security;
- reduce fraud risks;
- verify payment routing details;
- confirm recipient identity.
The transfer insurance service may include additional verification by financial institutions or payment partners.
All costs associated with transfer insurance are paid separately by the user.
The Company may temporarily suspend the first withdrawal until the insurance procedure is completed.
10. Sharia Compliance
The platform operates according to Islamic finance principles including:
- prohibition of interest (Riba);
- prohibition of prohibited assets (Haram);
- limitation of excessive uncertainty and speculation.
Compliance oversight is performed by an independent Sharia Supervisory Board.
11. Risks
Use of the platform involves financial, operational, and technical risks including:
- high market volatility;
- potential loss of capital;
- cybersecurity incidents;
- blockchain failures;
- liquidity risks;
- regulatory changes;
- technical interruptions.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Users independently assume all investment risks associated with the use of the platform.
12. Regulatory Cooperation
The Company complies with applicable laws, AML/CFT regulations, and financial monitoring requirements.
In the event of investigations, disputes, audits, or regulatory requests, the Company may disclose user information to regulators, financial institutions, law enforcement agencies, or governmental authorities.
Such information may include:
- personal data;
- account information;
- banking details;
- transaction history;
- trading activity;
- AML/KYC documentation;
- other legally required information.
The user agrees that such disclosures may occur without prior notice where required by law or regulatory obligations.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
The Company processes personal data in accordance with internal privacy policies and applicable legislation.
The Company may monitor transactions and account activity for compliance and security purposes.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:
- trading losses;
- actions of third parties;
- banking delays;
- technical failures;
- force majeure events;
- exchange rate fluctuations;
- actions of payment providers or financial institutions.
The user accepts all use of the platform at their own risk.
15. User Responsibility to Review Policies
Users are solely responsible for reviewing all platform rules, policies, agreements, and notifications.
Registration, verification, deposits, trading activity, or continued use of the platform constitute full acceptance of all applicable terms and policies.
The Company shall not be responsible for:
- failure of the user to review policies;
- misunderstanding of documents;
- ignored warnings or notifications;
- financial consequences resulting from failure to read platform documentation.
Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
16. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the platform in cases including:
- violation of these Terms;
- suspicious activity;
- security concerns;
- regulatory requirements;
- AML/CFT concerns.
The Company may close open positions and process available balances according to internal procedures.
17. Dispute Resolution
Users may submit complaints through official support channels.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The parties agree to attempt dispute resolution through negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.
18. Final Provisions
The Company may amend these Terms at any time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication on the platform.
Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
